The Challenge

Before automation, the agency was drowning in operational chaos. Their creative team spent 4+ hours daily just formatting posts, resizing images, and copy-pasting content across 6 different social platforms. This manual grunt work didn't just kill morale—it became a bottleneck for growth. They were limited to 20 posts per month because their best people were stuck doing data entry instead of creative work. They needed a way to scale output without hiring more hands.
Initial Concept & Wireframes

The Solution

An AI-powered system that generates platform-specific content (text, images, and short videos) from a single chat prompt and pushes it through an approval chain to social media.

We built a custom "Content Machine" that lives where they work—in Slack and their project management tool. Instead of juggling 5 different tools, the team now initiates a campaign with a single prompt. The system autonomously researches the topic, drafts platform-specific copy (LinkedIn vs Twitter vs Instagram), enables one-click approvals, and handles all the scheduling and posting. We used n8n for orchestration, OpenAI for generation, and Airtable as the central database.
